We contract with individuals as well as businesses to purchase previously owned china, crystal, flatware, Christmas ornaments and collectibles. We will also take items on consignment, or as a trade-in against a purchase.

If you are making a purchase, you can save money by trading-in your previously owned items. If you have items that you would like to trade in for new purchases, we can send you a list of how much we will allow for your items in our trade-in program. This is an excellent way for you to get more money for your merchandise. Because we do not have to pay out actual cash for your item, we can allow you more credit on your item than we would if we purchased it outright. Also, under this program, you save on your new purchase's shipping cost. Once you ship your merchandise to us, we pay the shipping cost of your new purchase.

Our consignment program allows us to sell your things as we receive orders for them. We ask that you provide us with an accurate inventory, including sizes, of the items you wish to sell. We can then quote you the price we will pay you for each piece. When we have an order for one of your pieces we will notify you to send the item to us. We then inspect it for "as new condition", and if it meets our standards, we ship it to the customer. You will be paid immediately upon our approval of your piece. We assume all further obligations with regard to the customer. If they return the piece to us, you don't have to worry about refunds or warranty. Once we approve a piece, you are immediately paid for it regardless of any problems we may have with future returns.

Remember, we are interested only in the highest quality merchandise, and will only purchase items that are in excellent condition. We cannot purchase anything that is broken, chipped, cracked, crazed, dented, dinged, having knife cuts, looking too used, modified, monogrammed, nicked, repaired, rough, rusted, scratched, stained, or worn or damaged in any manner. Looking at the item under a bright fluorescent light is a good way to see most imperfections.
